28-Day Metabolism Reset program is divided into 2-phases to help get your body and mind ready for real changes. The plan starts with our 14-day comprehensive, nutritional cleanse to support healthy, gentle detoxification for maximum results. While many weight loss plans promise fast results, they won’t be lasting or beneficial if you’re not clearing the toxins that your body is storing. This is accomplished by providing the nutrients needed to support and balance phase I and phase II metabolic pathways and to promote healthy liver function and elimination.

The second phase of the plan is designed to support fat loss and muscle maintenance, and for attaining other long-term health benefits. One of the keys to losing weight and keeping it off is maintaining muscle during weight loss. Muscle burns calories which is a major factor in your overall metabolism. If you lose muscle, you lose some of your capacity to burn calories. That’s exactly what happens to many people who lose weight, but later gain it all back. Keeping your muscle metabolism high makes it easier to lose fat and keep it off long-term.

The program provides menus, recipes, and shopping lists to help you make healthy choices. You can follow the plan as-is or substitute plan-appropriate choices to suit your tastes.
