How long after purchase will my products be shipped?
Digital Products – Programs
All digital products are available in your My Account section of the site, where you can access the downloads. The downloads are downloaded directly to your device. If you have trouble accessing the downloads or can not download it to your device, please email us directly at renufunctionalwellness@gmail.com
Lab Tests
Our office ships within 24 hours of receipt of your online order unless stated otherwise. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Results of your lab tests will be sent to you via an encrypted email along with a phone call from one of our experts.
Supplements
Delivery and fulfillment of our supplement products are facilitated through our partner companies. Shipping and return policies are subject to each of their individual company terms.
What is your return/refund policy?
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital educational materials, no returns will be accepted. All sales of digital materials are final, without exception.
Refund Policy: Any authorized return will be issued as a credit towards Renu Functional Well products only. No refunds are available. Contact renufunctionalwellness@gmail.com for authorization of credit.
